If you’re a foodie, or just love sweets, you may have heard about the viral Dairy Queen cupcakes. While they’ve been available in the U.S., tons of Canadians have been wondering when they’ll be able to get their hands on some of them, too.
But now it’s official: the Dairy Queen cupcakes are now in Canada, but not for very long. They’ll be here for a limited time only, so now’s your chance to try some of these exclusive sweets.
Dairy Queen Cupcakes
There truly isn’t anything else out there like a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. The Dairy Queen cupcake is basically a sized-down, individual version of that in a cup. You get that classic fudge, soft serve, and crunchy chocolate layer all in one serving. You can get them in singles, two-packs, and four-packs. A single costs $5.99 and two costs $11.99.

They’re currently available across Canada, including Metro Vancouver. Although, not all stores have them in stock, so it’s best to give your local shop a call before heading down to pick some up. But if they do have them, they’re definitely worth trying.
One other thing to note about the cupcakes are that they won’t be on the regular Dairy Queen menu. Since they’re considered a “Secret Menu” item, you’ll have to ask for them directly at the register.

You can indulge in the Dairy Queen cupcake from now until March 29. After that, they’ll be unavailable in Canada for the foreseeable future, so be sure to get some while you can!
