Are you looking to buy a car? Are you also looking for a new home? Well, if you buy a home with Viridian Homes, you’ll get a free car!
And it’s not just any old car. It’s a base model Tesla Model 3. (Electric vehicles are very trendy here in British Columbia.)
There’s a catch, though. The homes have to be one of the townhomes in the Viridian community in South Surrey’s Rosemary Heights neighbourhood. In addition, this unique promotion runs from now until October 31st, 2019.
There’s a total of 57 townhomes in the community overlooking the Nicomekl River. However, only 11 remain. Each home is about 2,000 square-feet, and come with pre-installed Tesla charging stations.
Here’s a look at what you’re getting and where you’d be living.
There’s a variety of floorplans to choose from, such as two-level and three-level homes. Furthermore, there are different builds for different lifestyles.
Some come with master bedrooms on the main floor, some have side-by-side garages, and others have wet-bars and wine cellars.
And last but certainly not least, they start at just $1,089,900. It’s significantly more affordable than some of the condos in Metro Vancouver, and more realistic than a mansion.
And don’t forget about the Tesla.
