If you bought Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert tickets for her 2024 Vancouver show, you could be eligible for refunds.
Consumer Protection BC announced in a news release on Wednesday that they have reached an agreement with StubHub Canada following a consumer complaint and an investigation into the resale company’s sales practices.

StubHub Agreement
The investigation into StubHub’s sales practices specifically has to do with tickets sold that came with an obstructed or limited view. This followed a consumer complaint about such a ticket being sold to them that did not disclose the obstructed view. StubHub, a ticket resale site, is required by Consumer Protection BC to “improve how it discloses ticket information to consumers.”
This includes the “face value of tickets, fees and service charges, terms and conditions, and refund guarantees, in line with BC’s Ticket Sales Act.” A legally enforceable agreement of these requirements was signed by StubHub on February 23, 2026.

“People buying tickets in BC have the right to clear, accurate information about what they are purchasing and what it will cost before they buy,” says Louise Hartland, director of public relations for Consumer Protection BC. “This agreement is about transparency and ensuring consumers can access refunds when the law requires it.”
Taylor Swift Concert Ticket Refunds
Consumers that purchased tickets through StubHub for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert tickets in Vancouver on December 6, 7, and 8, 2024 may be eligible for a refund. This applies if your ticket was for sections 219–236, 336, or 418–437 and the ticket did not disclose if it had an obstructed or limited view.
StubHub will be contacting eligible purchasers directly by May 1, 2026. B.C. law dictates that ticket sellers and ticketing platforms must clearly disclose ticket details and its full cost before purchase.
