B.C.’S BEST HOTELS: CONDE NAST TRAVELLER

Condé Nast has two different travel outlets, with one based in the U.S. and the other in the U.K. While both publications had their 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards, they each had slightly different rankings for their “best hotels in Canada” lists. But both are percentage-based, representing overall average satisfaction levels.

CN Traveller (with two ‘l’s, spelled the British way) named two B.C. hotels among Canada’s best.

In 7th place was Pan Pacific Vancouver with a score of 93.57. The next B.C. hotel actually made the top of the list, which is The Magnolia Hotel & Spa in Victoria. Its score was 98.67.

CONDE NAST TRAVELER

As for the American outlet, Condé Nast Traveler (spelled the American way), their rankings were slightly different. In fact, their “top 15 hotels in Western Canada” list primarily named B.C. hotels.

But one hotel stood out among the rest as the top hotel destination in Western Canada. At the top of the list is Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria with a score of 98.71, just slightly above CN Traveller’s number for The Magnolia Hotel & Spa.

It seems that Condé Nast’s readers really love B.C., and for good reason. The province has beautiful views, plenty of activities, and amazing hotels to boot! Check out B.C.’s best hotels at Condé Nast Traveller and Traveler.
