BC Assessments recently released their list of the province’s top valued residential properties of 2026, and on it was one Whistler residence that is currently up for sale, ranked in the 93rd spot.

Located in Whistler, this gorgeous residence was just listed as up for sale. It costs a whopping $35,895,000, although its location and size may explain its astronomical price tag.
The residence has 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and is a total of 10,575 sq.-ft.. From the listing description, it says that it is also “perched directly on the ski slope”, which allows its residents to step outside and ski right away. There’s no need for shuttles, carrying gear, or waiting.
The home is described as “grounded, calm, and enduring – a modern mountain retreat that will still feel relevant a hundred years from now.” Moreover, it comes with a spa, an infinity pool, and a theatre.
