New Westminster Extreme Air Park Fight
On March 7, New Westminster police were called to address a physical altercation between two individuals.
According to a post published by Extreme Air Park Canada, the issue stems from a customer who wanted to bring a cake to store in the establishment’s coolers. The customer called to ask if this was possible, to which New Westminster Extreme Air Park declined due to a “cross contamination policy.” Regardless, the customer arrived with the cake to the facility and “demand[ed] his cake be stored contrary to… [the] policy.”
Again, the customer’s demand was declined. This led to the customer returning later, who was reportedly “belligerent, belittling, and demanding” to the Extreme Air Park team.
Video footage shows the argument escalating between a staff member and the customer. Threats of violence and verbal insults are being thrown, as well. The individual was then removed by police. “However, he returned accompanied by 5-6 others to seek out the team member again.” This resulted in the physical altercation shown in the video.
A disturbing incident reportedly took place over the weekend during an eight-year-old’s birthday party at Extreme Air Park in New Westminster, British Columbia.

The team member has reportedly not been charged. Law enforcement reviewed the situation and charged the customer and his accomplices with assault.
“We continue to cooperate with the police and are committed to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in our facility,” closes the post.
