The beloved childhood adaptation stars Neil Patrick Harris is airing Season 2 on Netflix on March 30 while production for Season 3 continues.

- Season 6 – until April 26
The staple DC Comics superhero show on The CW spawned spinoff shows The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow which all also film in Vancouver. An animated spinoff series, Vixen, was also created for the web.

Blue Book
- Season 1 – until April 24
History Channel’s new UFO drama is based on the real-life Project Blue Book conducted by the US Air Force. It stars Irish actor Aidan Gillen known for playing Littlefinger in HBO’s Game of Thrones and Michael Harney known for playing Sam Healy in Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black. Also starring is local actress Laura Mennell from Mission, BC. The 37-year-old has also recently appeared in other Vancouver-filmed shows like The Man in the High Castle and Van Helsing.

Colony
- Season 3 – until February 16
The dystopian near-future LA-set show moved to Vancouver for production for its third season. One of the sci-fi drama’s creators is the executive producer and co-showrunner of Lost, Carlton Cuse.

Herbie
- Season 1 – February 12 to March 24
Herbie the Love Bug is back on the small screen in this reboot series of the beloved automobile character for Disney XD. The franchise started off with the 1968 Disney film The Love Bug and also includes a TV show and TV movie. The sixth and last film was in 2005 starring Lindsay Lohan.

Legends of Tomorrow
- Season 3 – until February 26
After the last season of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow wrapped, Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller went on to film the revival season of Prison Break in Vancouver as well.

Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists *rumoured
- Pilot episode – starting Feburary 21
The Perfectionists, is a spinoff to the hit show Pretty Little Liars and said to take place in the Pacific Northwest. It could be a reunion for some of the actresses as PLL star Lucy Hale just wrapped up filming Season 1 of her new show Life Sentence here in Vancouver.

Take Two
- Season 1 – until July 23
Rachel Bilson stars as Ella alongside Eddie Cibrian as Eddie in Take Two. The crime comedy-drama was picked up for a straight-to-series order by ABC late last year. Bilson played Summer Roberts in The O.C. and Dr. Zoe Hart in Hart of Dixie while Cibrian can be recongized from Third Watch, Sunset Beach, The Young and The Restless and CSI: Miami.

The spin-off to Arrow is an uber fan favourite sci-fi action show starring Grant Gustin as Barry Allen aka Flash.

The Good Doctor
- Season 1 – until March 1
Daniel Dae Kim recently announced his departure from CBS’s Hawaii 5-0, but that’s okay since he’ll be busy producing his new show for The Good Doctor starring Freddie Highmore for ABC. The pilot shot around town last spring.

Van Helsing
- Season 3 – February 19 to June 22
Season 3 of Van Helsing starring Kelly Overton picks up where it left off with the re-imagining of Dracula mythology. The series pits Vanessa Helsing, daughter of vampire hunter Abraham Van Helsing, against a vampire ravaged world.
