Ray Romano and Chris O’Dowd will be filming the third season of Epix comedy-drama Get Short in Vancouver starting this Spring.
The series pays homage to the “old” ways of Hollywood and gang influence. It’s expected to shoot in Vancouver from May 6 to July 31 as well as in Los Angeles.

Romano hails from Queens and is known as a stand-up comedian, actor and screen writer. His Emmy award winning sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond ran for 9 seasons and made him a household name. He’s also known for voicing Manny in the Ice Age film franchise.

O’Dowd is an Irish actor known for comedy roles in This Is 40 and Bridesmaids. He was nominated for a Tony award after his 2014 Broadway debut in Of Mice and Men. He’s also starring in Jordan Peele’s reboot of The Twilight Zone episode titled “The Blue Scorpion” which films in Vancouver.

The show is the second adaptation of the 1990 novel of the same name after the 1995 film starring John Travolta, Gene Hackman, Rene Russo and Danny DeVito.
