Freddie Prinze Jr. Is Filming A New Show In Vancouver

Freddie Prinze Jr. has done a variety of roles since his big 90’s hits She’s All That and I Know What You Did Last Summer.

Aside from those teen romcom and horror flicks, he’s played Fred Jones in Scooby-Doo, voice-acted in Robot Chicken and Star Wars Rebels, appeared on WWE and played an action hero in 24.

Now the actor who just turned 43 will be playing the role of dad in The CW’s TV pilot for The Haunting of Nancy Drew. The drama pilot is one of many filming in Vancouver right now. Vancouver landed more pilots this season than LA & NYC.

Prinze has two children with wife and fellow actress Sarah Michelle Geller. The Haunting of Nancy Drew shoots in Vancouver from March 25 to April 9.

22-year-old Kennedy McMann stars as Nancy Drew fresh out of high school and in the middle of a murder investigation. Leah Lewis who has appeared in other Vancouver-filmed shows like Charmed and The Good Doctor also stars.
