British actress and Golden Globe winner Jane Seymour has an illustrious career with performances in a James Bond film and as Marie Antoinette. But she’ll always be known for playing Dr. Michaela “Mike” Quinn, in the Western drama series Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman.
The London-born actress who just turned 68 years young last month is currently in Vancouver shooting a pilot ordered by ABC titled The Hypnotist’s Love Story. The pilot episode shoots in town until the end of the month. It also stars Heather Graham, Juliet Rylance and Adan Canto.
The drama is based on the book by Liane Moriarty – author of bestselling book turned HBO hit Big Little Lies. The story revolves around a hypnotherapist who gets entangled with a stalker.

The Hypnotist’s Love Story is just one of the 10 drama pilots filming in Vancouver this pilot season. Others include Surveillance created by and starring Sophia Bush which filmed here in November and December. The nine other pilots film in Vancouver this March. Vancouver landed more drama pilot episode orders than any other city this season including New York and LA.
