There will be four cruise ships in the Port of Vancouver on Sunday, and there are only three cruise terminals. Moreover, on Saturday all three terminals will be full, so there won’t be a dull moment all weekend long.
In total, Vancouverites can expect to see over 10,000 visitors descend upon the downtown core as passengers disembark from the ships and into the city.
Plan Ahead
In conjunction with the fireworks celebration on Saturday, this will make for an extremely chaotic environment overall.
Whether it is in restaurants, taxis, transit, hotels, beaches, or clubs, Vancouver promises to be brimming with excitement and bodies all weekend long.
If you plan on making any reservations downtown, it would be wise do so right now.
Alternatively, you can get out of the city and enjoy the StrEAt Food Festival in New Westminster with over 75 trucks to choose from!
