Similarly, all of their seafood and fish are caught right off the coast of B.C., so you’re absolutely getting the freshest catches. Many of their appetizers feature salmon and bannock, but there are also Game Sampler platters and Pemmican Mousse for those of you who want some game meat. And as for mains, you’ve got your choice of delicious Bison Pot Roast, Bannock Tacos, Seasonal Vegetarian Risotto that features Ojibway wild rice, and so much more.
