The first big snowstorm for British Columbia’s mountains took place earlier this week, leaving tons of fresh powder, including 35 centimeters in Whistler Blackcomb.
Ahead of Blackcomb’s season kickoff on November 26, the team sent out a helicopter with a professional snowboarder Robin Van Gyn, and skier Mike Douglas to lay down the first tracks for the 2016-16 season.
The heli shoot captures the duo soaring through the powder, adding to the excitement both snowboarders and skiers alike have shared for the upcoming season.
