The new concept by Browns Socialhouse is finally open in downtown Vancouver. Browns Crafthouse is giving Vancouverites a new hangout spot with scrumptious grub and delicious drinks to sip on.
The new 2,783-square-foot Browns Crafthouse is focusing on the craft movement, with house-made food, craft beers, BC wines and handcrafted cocktails.
Get to day drinking with their Mimosa, Caesar or intriguing deconstructed bellini they’re calling Chain Famous. Signature craft cocktails include a Mint Cucumber Mule, Barrel Aged Negroni and a White Bark Mojito.
Craving brunch? They’ve got you covered with a Truck Stop Hash, Spicy Chicken Chilaquiles, Smashed Avocado Toastie or a Cornflake Crusted French Toast.
Their lunch and dinner menu features a selection of appies (Millennial Toast, anyone?) or Nashville-style hot wings. Of course they’ve got classic pub fare like burgers, sandwiches and salads. Their Asian street bowls with either poke or noodles also give some more variety to their food line-up.
