Since its initial release in 2022, which marked Michelin’s entry into Canada with guides for Toronto and Vancouver, the global culinary authority is continuing its expansion, with plans to include Quebec next year.

Currently, the city still awaits its first two-star restaurants, signifying “excellent cooking, worth a detour,” or the highly coveted three stars for “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey.”
