This October, get ready for something spooktacular with these Halloween-themed burlesque shows around Vancouver.

About Presented by the Abracadaver Cabaret, the show combines dancers, magicians, actors, visual artists and poets. The tenth annual event looks at how we are haunted by “the avalanche of disaster that consists of the news cycle,” and how we deal with it, states the show description.

Blood Bath and Beyond

About Splatterhouse Cabaret guarantees this to be a show, “you’re dying to see.” Featuring more than 15 performers, the cabaret mixes gore and horror with magic and striptease.

Kitty Nights Rock and Roll Carnival: Scary Monsters

About Vancouver’s award-winning Kitty Nights Productions has returned with a new series of rock cabaret shows. Each of these ghoulish dancers will be accompanied by live musicians, playing a mix of rock and Halloween favourites.

Lost Girls Burlesque RESURRECTION

About Lost Girls Burlesque features about 10 of its best dancers who are prepared to “shock, thrill, and tease once again,” as stated on the event description. The show is a mix of rock, cult-classic films, classic burlesque and avant-garde.
