An epic new water slide park (and the revamped Splashdown) will be making a big splash on its grand debut in Tsawwassen on June 12th.
The public outcry that ensued over Splashdown Waterpark’s closure sparked Executive Hotels and Resorts to open a new one.
Big Splash Water Slide Park is a revamped version of everyone’s favourite water park. The park will be a whopping seven acres and feature newly renovated pools, hot tubs, a Clubhouse, BV’s Sports Bar and Grill, and much more.

Big Splash Shuttle
With the re-opening of the beloved park, a daily complimentary shuttle bus will be offered from downtown Vancouver. Not to mention, Tsawwassen Mills also offers free shuttle service to Richmond and Vancouver.
“Our goal is to give people a water park experience that they will want to experience over and over, especially since we are so close to anyone in the Lower-Mainland. And with the complimentary shuttle service we are making it even easier to get here,” says Harold Frederiks, general manager of Big Splash.
While it will remain family-friendly, there will some new additions designed specifically for adults. They include: a large adult-only hot tub, Las Vegas style VIP areas, and DJs in addition to private viewing decks.
“We are building on top of the foundation that Splashdown built, and are adding a whole new look and feel to the water park for 2017.”
All-day passes are $28, and admission is free for children three and under. Special group rates will also be available.
