Fall is about to get a whole lot better in Vancouver; with the arrival of yet another taco joint. Vancouver’s beloved Tacofino is opening its newest location very soon—this time, in Kits.
Its iconic tacos and burritos will be a welcome addition to the Kits dining scene; with its new counter-service outpost at 1909 West 4th Avenue.
The new 1,985 square-foot space will feature both dine-in and take-out options. Its decor and design was created by the same brilliant mind behind many of their other trendy locations.

“We’ve always been asked when we’re going to finally introduce Tacofino to the West Side of Vancouver,” says Co-Founder Jay Sussman, “so we’re grateful to be able to become a part of the Kits community this fall.”
The new eatery comes at a time of celebration, with the brand marking 10 years since its inception. It originated in Tofino; hence its name.
It now has that original Tofino location, plus seven brick-and-mortar restaurants in Vancouver and Victoria, as well as a fleet of food trucks that travel to venues throughout Vancouver five days a week.
