After closing multiple local locations over the years, Popeyes Chicken will return to Port Coquitlam this Fall.
The Louisiana based chain known for their fried chicken will open doors within the Fremont Village Shopping Centre on Hawkins Street, right off Sherling Avenue.
They’ll join a number of fast food restaurants in the shopping centre including Five Guys, Mucho Burrito, and Burger King.
Fortunately, the wait is finally over. According to management, Popeyes Chicken plans to open their new eatery on Sunday, December 16th, 2018.

Besides their crispy chicken with a Louisiana punch, they have an awesome array of sides including a cajun poutine, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, mac-and-cheese or onion rings.
They also serve a variety of seafood offerings like their popcorn shrimp, butterfly shrimp or a cajun fish sandwich (just to name a few).
