Once Upon A Time Filming In Burnaby’s Central Park (Photos)

ABC’s Once Upon a Time is an American drama series revolving around a fairy tale. The show takes place in Storybrooke, Maine, a fictional seaside town with residents from numerous fairy tales transported to the “real world” town and stripped of their memories by a curse.

Once Upon a Time’s fifth season premieres this Sunday, with actors and production units shooting for upcoming episodes in Burnaby’s Central Park.

Crews and a Camelot (castle and a court) were spotted at the park heavily filled with trees on Wednesday, September 23, which caused a rumbling on social media. Several fans took to Facebook and Twitter to share their photos of the set, as well as photos with the actors.

Once Upon A Time has been filming at Central Park since August. It has also filmed at Steveston in Richmond.

Additional upcoming filmings in metro Vancouver include Power Rangers, Star Trek 3, and possibly a Deadpool sequel.
