Experience Leonardo Da Vinci as his greatest works seemingly come to life as part of an immersive exhibit that art enthusiasts must visit at least once.
The Da Vinci Experience offers guests a video-mapping narrative, focused on the life and the works of Leonardo.
It’s the perfect fall or rainy day activity as the attraction takes place completely indoors, so there’s no better time to visit than right now.
Interacting with Art
The Da Vinci Experience features both reproductions of the artist’s iconic pieces as well his inventions. Guests are able to see replicas of the Mona Lisa, the Last Supper and the Vitruvian Man.
In addition, there is a 360-degree immersive room with more than 250 HD images of the artist’s original works. Imagine visiting Da Vinci’s Florence studio and being next to life-size replicas of some of his greatest inspirations in Virtual Reality.
Working from Leonardo’s codices, Italian Artisans crafted a series of inventions, including the first concepts of a mechanical jack, scuba gear, hang glider, amphibious car, and gearbox.
Produced under exclusive licence by Crossmedia Group of Italy, the Da Vinci Experience is curated by the director of the Leonardian Museum in Vinci, Italy, Dr. Roberta Barsanti.
Educational and Entertaining
Produced by Sensea Canada, the Da Vinci Experience also features a ground-breaking school program. The curriculum has been designed by teachers for teachers, which is a first of its kind in Canada.
The conception of the program had education at the top of mind all while still being entertaining. The engaging set of lesson plans for Grades 4 through 12 will set students up for a richer experience and long-lasting outcomes.
The course curriculum is planned around three stages of learning: the pre-experience, the actual event and the post-experience.
