It’s become an annual tradition to have an NBA preseason game in Vancouver each fall, but it doesn’t look like the Toronto Raptors are participating this year.

According to an NBA Canada email blast, Kawhi Leonard and his new team, the Los Angeles Clippers, will take on the Dallas Mavericks on October 17th, 2019.
The preseason game will once again take place at Rogers Arena as it has in previous years.

This game will mark the second time that Kawhi Leonard has come to play in Vancouver. Last October, he made his preseason debut with the Toronto Raptors as they took on the Portland Trailblazers.
Just a few days ago, Kawhi Leonard announced that he was signing with the Los Angeles Clippers after delivering Canada its first ever NBA championship. The Clippers also acquired all-star Paul George to team up with the board man himself.
As of right now, the Raptors’ preseason plans have not been announced.
Ticket prices and when tickets will go on sale for this NBA preseason game in Vancouver have not been made public yet.
