It seems like we’ve been waiting forever to welcome the highly-anticipated Jollibee location in downtown Vancouver. The restaurant had originally planned to open this Spring but has been hush for quite some time.

And while from the exterior, it looks ready to go, the brand has yet to announce an opening date.

What’s even more confusing, is that Jollibee Plans To Open Another Vancouver Location before this first one is even open.

The Granville Street location has been in the works for quite some time, sending fried chicken lovers into a frenzy over when it will officially open its doors.

While that day has yet to come, it hasn’t stopped people from snapping pictures of the store whenever they walk past it.

The Filipino fast food chain is obviously best known for its crispy fried chicken, but it has plenty of other mouth-watering options available.

They serve sweet spaghetti and Palabok, along with side dishes including buttered corn and rice. They also have a dessert menu and anyone who has tried their peach mango pie knows it’s to die for.

The Vancouver store is set to be Jollibee’s first location in B.C. but a second store is already in the works. And at this rate, the one slated to open at the Strawberry Hill shopping centre in Surrey may even come first.

Just how much longer will Jollibee continue to tease us with their pending Vancouver opening? Only time will tell.
