VPD Seek Public’s Help To Find High-Risk Offender Dillon Earl Gosnell

Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find Dillon Earl Gosnell, a 44-year-old high-risk offender. He is wanted Canada-wide for failing to return to his Vancouver halfway house.

According to a police statement, Gosnell was last seen on Tuesday, March 19th at 6:30 p.m., after he signed out of his Vancouver halfway house. He left wearing a black jacket with a hood, light-coloured sweatpants, and black shoes with white on the sole.

Gosnell, a federal offender on statutory release, is described as white, bald, 5’8″ tall, 160 pounds, with a slim build, and brown eyes.

Furthermore, he has numerous tattoos including a head on his right elbow, a skull and the grim reaper on his right forearm, a dragon on his left upper arm, and a teardrop on his left lower lip.
