Spooktacular Newton returns this year for another spook-filled day. Hosted by Newton BIA and Envision Financial, this yearly Halloween event is the perfect outing for families who are looking for some seasonal fun. Calling all witches and warlocks! Vancouver’s 6th Annual Witchilano SUP Paddle is returning to from Kitsilano Beach.
