Free Yoga at River District Town Centre

About: Stop by this beautiful open space in River District’s Town Centre for a FREE community yoga class, led by River District’s own local instructor, Kristy. Every attendee will receive a complimentary fitness pack as a reward for taking the time for self-care! Shipyards Night Market

About: Visitors will find fresh food, locally made products, musicians, art and entertainment every Friday night. The festivities in the Square kick off at 5:00 p.m. on Friday nights. In addition, there is live music until 10:00 p.m. on the Shipbuilders’ Stage, showcasing talent from all over BC.
