Bubble Tea has arguably been one of the most popular foreign drinks to hit Vancouver, and Richmond. Essentially, bubble tea is a frothy beverage made with sweetened milk, ice tea, or other flavorings served with little tapioca balls known as “pearls”.

Best Bubble Tea in Vancouver

Dragon Ball Tea House is located at 1007 W King Edward Ave, Vancouver. They consistently use fresh fruit as opposed to powder and level drinks with the perfect amount of sweetness. Milk & Sugar Cafe is situated at 101-3365 Kingsway, Vancouver. They are well known for their $2 bubble tea specials (with real fruit) and $3.00 all day breakfast. We highly recommend trying the mango cheesecake.

Bubble World is located at 1325 Robson St in Vancouver. They’re one of the most talked about spots in downtown and pack a punch of flavour in every serving. It’s a central location which makes it perfect if you plan on taking it to go. Their milky tea is a must try.

Bubble Queen is located at 8888 Odlin Crescent in Richmond. If you’re looking for unique flavours, this spot is a must visit. They’re chocolate section alone offers Ferrero Rocher, Oreo, and Coffee Crisp to name a few. Heads up: they only accept cash. (image via eatingwithkirby)


L & G Bubble Tea is located at 5816 Fraser Street in the Sunset area of Vancouver.  Prices are reasonable and flavours are fruity, like the watermelon slush bubble tea. They also serve desserts and sushi.
