The Keefer Bar

This swanky bar is one of the best in the city (obviously). But for the entire country, it nabbed the second spot in the top 50 list. The Keefer Bar is best known for their Asian-inspired cocktails and fusion small plates. Stop by 135 Keefer Street to check it out.

Botanist

Step into this magical eatery in the Fairmont Hotel that whips up Canadian cuisine, wine and creative cocktails. Try one of their most popular drinks, the Rye ‘N Reynolds (Rye, Cognac, Cascara, Nectarine Oils, House Fermented Reynolds Bitters). It’s located at 1038 Canada Place.

This fun and sophisticated speakeasy is the perfect place to spend a Friday night with friends. They make some amazing cocktails and often have live music playing. The restaurant aims to transport patrons back in time to the Roaring Twenties. Check it out at 801 West Georgia Street.

The Diamond

This elegant bar and cocktail lounge is full of old-world charm and overlooks Maple Tree Square. They even have a cocktail called Maple Tree Square, with local gin, woods amaro and lillet. Give it a try at 6 Powell Street.

The Shameful Tiki Room

This place will definitely make you feel like you’re on vacation. It has serious tropical vibes and offers Polynesian eats, exotic cocktails and live music. It also has cocktails that are on fire (literally). Check it out at 4362 Main Street.

Lobby Lounge

This lounge and raw bar has a lot to offer. Dig into sushi, charcuterie and a variety of beverages. They even have cocktail flights, which are a trio of drinks inspired by the vintage couture dresses on display in the lobby. Find this hidden gem at the Fairmont Pacific Rim at 1038 Canada Place.
