The highly anticipated PNE Prize Home 2015 has been unveiled!
The PNE selected Karoleena, the award-winning premium modular homebuilder based in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia, to design and build the beautiful, modern and technologically advanced 2015 Prize Home. Built for LEED Gold registration, Karoleena’s innovative home will be relocated to its permanent lake view lot in Naramata, British Columbia, following the 2015 Fair at the PNE.
The grand prize home is valued at over $2.1 million which is nearly $1 million more than last year’s prize home.
“This home is unlike anything we’ve done before, and we anticipate it will be extremely popular with our guests,” says PNE President and CEO Mike McDaniel. “The Prize Home is a very important part of our annual Fair and its history, and to be able to offer such an incredibly beautiful home as part of the Prize Home Lottery is very exciting.”
