Can’t get enough chickpea? You’re in luck. An eatery completely dedicated to hummus is coming to Vancouver’s Gastown.
Balila Taste Kitchen will feature 10 delicious hummus creations, including: original hummus, olive hummus, kale hummus, spicy hummus, beet hummus, pesto hummus and more.
They will also serve up a tasty selection of wraps, salads and soups—all featuring hummus (obviously).

Dine in or grab some hummus dishes to go. The taste kitchen will showcase all the creative ways you can enjoy this simple dish. In Arabic, hummus translates to chickpeas. Hummus “balila” is a special blend of chickpeas, cumin, lemon, parsley and olive oil.
