Now you can do a downward dog pose next to a doggo! YYoga has partnered with pet walking app Rover to bring puppy yoga to Vancouver.

Be warned, though, your yoga practice may or may not be interrupted by tail wags and sniffs.

Mark your calendar for Wednesday, August 21st for an evening filled with meditation, yoga, cuddles, and lots of laughs.

The beginner-friendly class will take place at YYoga’s Kitsilano location. And what’s even better is that it’s all for a good cause.

The event benefits the Second Chance in Life Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that aims to give abandoned and rescued animals a second chance to live happily in their fur-ever homes.

Go for the puppies, stay for the yoga. It’s sure to be a fun day!
