Looking for some savoury snacks? Look no further. A new Taiwanese fusion food spot recently opened its doors and we’re pretty excited about it.
Mixx Bao is a snack bar unlike anything we have in the city at the moment—offering authentic and delicious Taiwanese-inspired grub in snack form.

Of course, they have a lot of baos on their menu (hence the name). Dig into their stewed pork classic steamed bao or their signature chili oil wontons.
They also have a handmade date and walnut pastry, as well as a homemade wonton soup that is MSG-free (like all their food).

They even have a vegan “beanyond bao”, which is a play on the “Beyond Meat” trend currently sweeping the city.
It includes a patty made up of soy beans and topped with apple slices, carrots, lettuce, cucumber, pickled mustard, peanut powder, cilantro, and a homemade mayo. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and spicy.
