Police Looking For Robbery Suspect Who Threatened Cab Driver With Knife

Surrey RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find a cab driver robbery suspect.

On August 26th, 2019, the suspect was picked up by a taxi in the 15900-block of Fraser Highway and driven to the 8400-block of 163 Street in the Guildford area of Surrey.

The suspect proceeded to pull out a knife and demanded cash from the driver.

Once the cab driver handed over the cash, he yelled for help, which caused the suspect to flee from the scene.

After a thorough investigation, the Surrey RCMP Robbery Unit is now releasing photos of the suspect. He is described as a Caucasian male, slim build, 5’10”-5’11” tall, wearing a pink hat, black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
