At 4pm today, July 24th, Richmond City Council will consider a report stating the Premier should suspend work on the Massey Tunnel Replacement Bridge.
The report argues that all work on the Massey Tunnel Replacement Project, as well as the relocation of BC Hydro Transmission lines, should be reconsidered. It states that the project requires a more comprehensive review and analysis prior to any further efforts.
