21-year old Ben Ferguson is an American snowboarder and superpipe silver medalist at the 2016 Aspen Winter X Games. Recently he teamed up with Red Bull to get away from the competition circuit and explore fresh powder at Baldface Lodge in British Columbia.
He was accompanied by his brothers, coach and snowboarding legend Pat Malendoski. The mission was simple, “to tap into the core essence of why he loves snowboarding”:
A few years ago Red Bull also sent Travis Rice, Mark McMorris and Erik Jackson to Baldface Lodge in Nelson, BC for a similar film trip. They got the chance to explore the history of Baldface and shred some fresh powder during some of the year’s best conditions. They also took a gander to the Red Bull Ultra Natural course:
