One Vancouver eatery is taking poke to a whole new level. Riz Sushi will soon be offering up poke pancakes—yes, you read that right.
When unveiling the exciting new menu item, they even poked fun at the whole IHOP name swap to IHOB. But now the joke has become real life and you can actually order pancakes topped off with the popular fish salad here.
Later this month, Riz Sushi will be expanding their hours to include weekends and poke pancakes will be a part of their epic brunch menu.
