It’s tradition for an NBA team to visit the White House after winning the NBA Finals. However, Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson wants the Toronto Raptors to visit Parliament Hill in the nation’s capital.
Watson says the Raptors should visit Prime Minister Justin Trudeau so “Canada can congratulate you”.
