Jollibee has made a name in the fast food world with its legendary fried chicken; however, the Filipino chain only has three stores in Canada.
With that being said, the restauranteurs are making major strides.
The Jollibee Food Corporation told CityNews Toronto on Monday, June 11th that the company is making an aggressive expansion on Canadian soil. Specifically, the chain plans to open 100 stores nationwide over the course of the next five years.
Currently, there are three stores in Canada: one in Scarborough, Ontario as well as two in Winnipeg, Manitoba; they plan to open a fourth store in Mississauga, Ontario in the coming months.

Of course, the fast food joint is most famous for its mouthwatering fried chicken. With that being said, there are a litany of other delicious treats on the menu.
For example, they have scrumptious, unique items like hot-dog-studded Jolly Spaghetti. They also offer eccentric, sweet eats like deep fried Peach-Mango hand-pies.
The expansion includes other major Canadian cities such as Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver.
