Pinkies up! An ultra-fancy and mystical afternoon tea is on its way to Vancouver. The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s restaurant Notch 8 is offering an Enchanted Forest Afternoon Tea this Fall.
Their dining room will undergo a complete transformation into something straight out of a fairy tale. Expect lots of woodland decor with fairy lights, moss table runners and vintage story books.

The playful twist on a classic afternoon tea will include an array of treats both sweet and savoury. All the goodies are beautifully presented on a tier made out of tree trunks (obviously).
The menu includes savoury items like Butterfly Wings (flower petals, stone fruit, curry spiced chicken salad, almond, bee pollen) and Mossy Log (smoked salmon, trout caviar, cream cheese, chive powder).

For sweets, they have Orange Zest Creme Brulee, Black Forest Cake and Lavender Honey Butter Scones (just to name a few).
