Food Network Canada’s popular show, “Eat St.” which takes a look into some of the best street food in various cities, is making it’s way back to Vancouver!
Thanks to the city and our fabulous street food, Eat St. was so impressed by their last visit, they find it necessary to come visit us again! This time around, they will be checking out Kaboom Box, Le Tigre and Pig On The Street.
The schedule is as follows:
Thursday, September 6 – Kaboom Box (11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
Kaboom is located on W Georgia St (between Burrard Street & Thurlow Street) in Vancouver. Kaboom is known for the sweet smell of their wild Pacific salmon, as it has tourists and locals coming back for seconds!
Friday, September 7 – Le Tigre (11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
Le Tigre is located on Thurlow St and Alberni St in Vancouver. Le Tigre is known for it’s excellent asian cuisine which fit’s the demographics of our population, making it a truly Vancouver representative food truck!
Saturday, September 8 – Pig On The Street (11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
Pig On The Street is located on Howe St, between West Georgia St and Robson St, beside the Vancouver Art Gallery. The unique feature about this food cart, is that everything is made from scratch! This is why they are allowed to offer items such as healthy bacon sandwiches, and other bacon related dishes!
