Cultus Lake Waterpark

About an hour drive away from Langley, next to the beautiful Cultus Lake, lies a place that’s part-waterpark and part-theme-park.

Originally opened, owned, and operated by a local B.C. family in 1984, Cultus Lake Waterpark has seen continuous expansion and improvement that has since seen it establish itself as one of Western Canada’s best, and biggest, waterparks.

Cultus Lake Waterpark

The Cultus Lake Waterpark is packed with an impressive 18 water-slides, such as Bazooka Bowls, Boomerang, Colossal Canyon (Western Canada’s biggest waterslide), Freefall, Speedslide, Valley of Fear, and Zero-60 Raceway.

For those looking for a more relaxing time, the park has thought of you, too. The park has 5 hot tubs, a family spray park, and the sit-back-and-relax Adventure River.

The park’s also designed for you to stay all-day. With a variety of food options, you’ll be well-energized throughout the day. Vendors include Burger Stop, Pizza 2 Go, Pier 84 Fish ’N’ Chips, and Espresso Hut. Free-to-use picnic tables are spread throughout the park, and BBQ rentals are also available.

But this is only half of what there is to do.

Cultus Lake Adventure Park

Across the street, literally, from the Waterpark, is the Cultus Lake Adventure Park.

Similarly, it sports 18 attractions of its own. Rides include Blastin’ Barrels, Buckin’ Bronco, Cloud Buster (a 150-feet tower), Runaway Mine Train, Wave Swinger, and Windmill Drop. Last but certainly not least,  there’s the Round-Up 360, the only fully-inverted pendulum swing ride in all of Canada.
