Christy Clark Fires Back At Miley Cyrus; Says She Should Stick To Twerking

British Columbia’s political scene found new attention earlier this week when Miley Cyrus took to Instagram to fire at the province’s wolf cull.

Cyrus posted a series of posts directed towards our government, and encouraged her 28 million followers to sign a petition and put an end to the cull. She also went as far as calling the wolf hunt a “tax-payer funded kill program”.

“I am shameless when it comes to making changes in a world that at times needs to reevaluate its morals when dealing with kindness and compassion towards animals, humanity, and the environment.” Cyrus wrote on the first of three Instagram posts.

Christy Clark, who’s not one to back down, fired back at the pop singer and advised her to stick to what she knows, instead of interfering in BC’s environmental policies. Clark defended the cull, and states it’s necessary to protect the endangered caribou, whose population has heavily decreased in the past years.

Christy Clark also threw some jabs of her own, and said that if she ever needs advice on twerking – she’ll give Miley a call.
