These Popular Burgers Were Just Urgently Recalled In Canada

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has recently issued a recall for a popular brand of chicken burgers sold in Canada.

According to the recall notice, Cardinal Roadhouse brand Chicken Burgers are being pulled off shelves due to undeclared egg. Consumers are asked to “not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product.”

The products were sold in B.C., Newfoundland and Labrador, and Ontario.

As a Class II recall, “there is a moderate risk that consuming the food may lead to short-term or non-life threatening health problems.” Consumers with the affected product can either dispose of it or return it to the place where it was purchased.
