Beyond Meat offers the plant-based meat substitute, that “looks, cooks and tastes like ground beef.”

According to their website, one patty has more iron and 35% less saturated fat than a regular beef patty. It also has no cholesterol, antibiotics, or hormones. (They’re also environmentally-friendly.)

You can find a grocery store near you that carries it, here.

If you prefer your food pre-made, check out the Beyond Meat burgers at Tim Hortons and A&W. (A&W also just released new plant-based chicken nuggets.)
