A quaint little spot in Chinatown, with a whole lot of character. It’s a triple threat, being one part health-food store, one part eatery/coffee shop and one part bar. Their adorable patio is a cozy spot to take in the bustling neighbourhood while indulging in some tasty eats. The menu has everything from soups and salads to tuna confit and roasted turkey with a truffle aioli. Discover this little gem at 687 Main Street.
The Roof at Black + Blue
Feeling luxurious? This is the spot for you. Their renowned rooftop is the place to be no matter the season. With a large fireplace and comfortable seating, you’ll feel as comfortable as if you’re in your own living room, but a whole lot more fancy. They’re best known for their steaks and comfort food, so dig into some tasty cuisine while taking in the views and atmosphere. It’s located at 1032 Alberni Street.
Tap & Barrel
All of their locations have an awesome heated patio for you to sit back, relax and enjoy some food and drinks with friends. With classic pub fare, you can’t go wrong. They have something for everyone with a pulled bacon poutine, pesto chicken linguine, wood-board pizzas and a variety of burgers and sandwiches. Their spicy tuna burger is to die for. Lift Bar & Grill
Head over to this popular joint with waterfront views, multiple heaters and even a fire pit. It’s a great spot to soak up the scenery while enjoying some delicious cuisine in a lively atmosphere. Get your fill of garlic prawns, crab cakes, oysters and sushi at this mostly-seafood eatery. Find them at 333 Menchion Mews.
