Summer Forecast For British Columbia
The Weather Network has released its summer forecast for the months of June, July, and August with an overview of what Canadians can expect for the upcoming season.
Their forecast states that BC will experience another another hot and dry summer with a “heightened threat for wildfires”.

The province has already seen summer-like heat and an early beginning to the wildfire season. Meteorologist Doug Gillham is concerned that this is a sign of things to come for the rest of the summer with a higher than typical threat for wildfires and smoky conditions.
There will be clearly no shortage of hot weather this year.
