Justin Bieber’s new Purpose World Tour held its second scheduled show in Vancouver on March 11, and “Beliebers” from across metro Vancouver and from as far as Brazil attended.
Prior to the concert, Bieber was spotted multiple locations in Vancouver, including Yaletown, a nightclub, and casually strolling along the sidewalk outside of Rogers Arena.
