On weekends, we do brunch. The Holy Crab is launching a southern-style weekend brunch service that will blow your mind.
It will likely become your favourite brunch obsession, so be among the first to try it when it launches on Saturday Nov. 30th. Complimentary coffee or a mimosa will be offered to customers on their launch weekend too—so act quick.
The Saturday and Sunday menu will showcase Louisiana-style brunch dishes from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Head over to the West End eatery for blackened catfish eggs benedict topped with a spicy cajun hollandaise or a New Orleans-style eggs sardou with pan-seared artichoke hearts and creamed spinach.
They’ll also have a mix-and-match toast board featuring a choice of two sweet or savoury artisanal toasts, served with black beans, corn and wild rice salad.
The ultimate hangover cure menu items: opt for their southern fried chicken and pancakes or their breakfast poutine (with shrimp, snow crab claws, cheese, gravy and a fried egg).
As for sips, they’ve got mimosas, screwdrivers, and caesars, as well as bottomless coffee.
For those who can’t get enough brunch, also check out the Banter Room, as well as Egg & Co.
