Just yesterday, we reported on a driving incident in Burnaby that sent a car airborne. Today, it’s a Richmond driver with another head scratching decision.

The photo of the car parked in Richmond was uploaded to Facebook by Andre Yip. His caption reads “Make room please, special driver coming through (using up 2 spaces for pregnant mums and infants)”.
Earlier this past week, another horrendous parking job was also spotted.
