Canadians have a lot of options when it comes to keeping cool in the summer while still enjoying the sunshine. Things like splashing in outdoor pools, chilling on shaded patios, and eating all the amazingly cool treats offered in the hotter months, just to name a few. But sipping a Slurpee is one of the most classic ways to keep your temp low while under the summer sun.

Luckily for Canada, 7-Eleven is returning for another year to celebrate its name day with free Slurpees!

SLURPEES AND DEALS

7-Eleven poured its first Canadian Slurpee in 1969, and has since become a staple summertime treat for everyone. The stats can attest to that with more than 40% of all Slurpees being sold during the summer months.
